摘    要:针对化肥合成氨装置低温设备及管道保冷失效,冷损大、金属表面腐蚀严重,能耗增加的现状,分析了“保冷”失效原因,介绍了保冷结构的设计评价方法,并提出了装置保冷技术改进的建议。

Abstract:With respects to the phenomena of large cool loss due to failure in cool insulation,serious corrosion on metal surface and increase in energy consumption occurred in cryogenic equipment,the cause of failure in cool insulation was analyzed and the method of assessing the design of cool insulation structure was introduced.Then,the improvement in cool insulation technique was proposed.
