焦炉煤气制合成气的脱硫及净化工艺技术

摘    要:焦炉煤气的回收利用,是延伸煤炭加工产品链的有效途径,符合当前循环经济、绿色工业和建设节约型社会的发展方向,而焦炉煤气的净化是其综合利用的最为关键的工艺过程.这里简述了焦炉煤气除焦油、除萘、洗氨、脱苯、脱硫脱氰等净化工艺,介绍了采用催化转化和非催化转化制取氨和甲醇合成气的工艺技术,并用山东兖矿国际焦化有限公司焦炉煤气净化制取甲醇合成气的实例来说明焦炉煤气净化处理工艺及其应用.

Abstract:Recycling of coke gas was the efficient way formed to the current circular economy, green industry and Purification of the coke gas was the most essential process to to extend the coal processing products, which conthe construction of a conservation-oriented sociedy. its comprehensive utilization. The elimination of tar and naphthalene, ammonia washing, benzene removal and desulphurizaion were summarized. The technology of making ammonia and methanol synthesis gas by taking the catalyzed transformation and the non-catalyzed transformation was also introduced. The technology and application of coke gas purification was illustrated by taking the example of using coke gas to produce methanol synthesis gas in Yanzhou Coal Mining Company Limited in Shandong Province.
