海泡石纤维/不饱和聚酯复合材料研究

摘    要:研究了海泡石纤维/不饱和聚酯(UP)复合材料制备中纤维松解、表面处理、纤维用量、增稠剂和炭黑的加入等因素的作用及影响。探讨了复合材料成型工艺参数,研究了海泡石纤维/UP复合材料的性能,并与短切玻璃纤维/UP复合材料进行了比较。发现海泡石纤维/UP复合材料密度稍大,常态体积电阻稍小,硬度接近,表面电阻及沸煮后的体积电阻值则较高。

Abstract:Effects of fiber disentanglement, surface treatment, contents of fiber and incorporation of thickening agent and carbon black on properties of sepiolite fiber/UP composite were studied. Processing parameters and properties of the composite were discussed and compared with those of short fiber/UP composite. It was found that the gravity of the composite was a little higher, volume resistivity at room temperature was a little lower; the hardness was approximate; surface resistivity and resistivity after boiled were higher.
