介入诊疗导管表面修饰的研究

摘    要:采用聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)与聚氨酯(PU)预聚体生成的拟互穿网络对介入诊疗导管的基材进行表面修饰,获得了遇水即变润滑的表面,并对该表面进行了润滑性、牢固性、毒性、亲水性、抗凝血性等性能指标的测试。结果表明,经表面修饰的导管的润滑性、牢固性和抗凝血性均大幅提高。

Abstract:Substrates of medical catheters was coated by interpenetrating polymer networks that were formed by reaction between poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) and polyurethane preformed polymer.The surface would be lubricant while touching water.The lubricity,firmness,toxicity,hydrophilic property and antithrombogenicity of the surface were tested.Results showed that the lubricity,firmness and antithrombogenicity of the medical catheter after surface coating were improved greatly.
