| Abstract: | A C reference model based MPEG-4 decode circuit functional verification method is presented,which describes the reference model using C language,and circuit using HDL and then puts the C model and HDL model into one uniform simulation environment.Verification vectors generated by constrained random are stimulated for two models synchronously,then the response of them are compared and checked.This method has been employed to verify one multimedia SoC,and results show that this method can detect the potential bugs more quickly and improve the verification quality comparing with the conventional verification method. |
