摘    要:采用化学合成法可低成本制备超细铜粉.以金属锌和五水硫酸铜为原料,用氨水调节pH值,研究了硫酸铜浓度、氨水加入量、反应温度等对超细铜粉粒径大小的影响,获得了制备亚微米级超细铜粉的最佳反应条件:在温度为50~55℃,浓度为0.6mol/L的400mL硫酸铜溶液中,加入8mL氨水(φ=25%)可制得视密度(自然堆积时单位体积的质量)较小的0.1μm超细铜粉.通过球磨改性使其呈片状、鳞片状,减少了用作导电涂料时铜粉的用量,降低了导电涂料的电阻率.

Abstract:The preparation of superfine copper powder is introduced in the reaction of chalcanthite using zinc powder as reductive agent and using chemical reduction method in aqueous solution. The influence of various factors including sulfate concentration, aqueous ammonia content and reaction temperature on the size of superfine copper particle is studied in detail. The optimum synthetic conditions of submicrometer superfine copper powder are maintained. The prepared submicrometer superfine copper powder can be easily ball-milled into flake particle, which can greatly reduce the dosage of copper powder and/or the electrical resistivity of conductive coating.
