虚拟数控机床仿真系统的研究

摘    要:虚拟机床是随着虚拟制造技术的发展而提出的一个新的研究领域,可以实现现实机床加工的全部功能,可以代替真实机床进行操作实训,也可用于仿真和评估各加工过程对产品质量的影响。文章在Open Inventor平台上,利用Visual C 软件,实现了虚拟机床仿真系统,该系统采用三维场景技术实现了虚拟数控机床仿真场景的绘制,并在此基础上实现了虚拟装配、切削仿真及工程分析等功能。

Abstract:All the function of machine process can be fully implemented with Virtual Machine Tool technology which is a new field based on the development of virtual manufacturing technology.The practice and training could be replaced by the virtual one.Virtual Machine Tool technology is also used in simulation and evaluation on product quality during the process.In this article,the machine tool simulation system is carried out with Visual C and Open Inventor software.Virtual NC Machine Tool simulation scene could also be realized in the system with 3D scene technology.In addition the function of virtual assembly,cutting simulation and engineering analysis and so on could also be realized.
