| Abstract: | Putting people first is the core of scientific outlook on development and also the soul of ideological and political work.Insisting the idea is the importment guarantee for opening up the new situation of the work in the new period and concrete embodiment of deeply supplying scientific outlook on development.Ideological and political work,focusing on human subject,is used to solve such issues as a person＇s thinking,viewpoint as well as political stand,develop his capability for understanding and transforming the world and enchance his political consciousness.The author advocates conducting the work on the basis of people oriented,knowing and holding its feature and law and driving the work with the reform spirit to make it better embody epochal character,grasp regularity and be rich in creativity. |
