摘    要:针对测定高炉炼铁用焦反应性的高温反应炉试验故障较多的原因进行了分析,提出了对外丝管管槽的形状和高铝砖保温层的结构进行改造的方案。经试验证明,改进后的高温炉延长了电热丝的使用寿命,降低了试验成本和故障率。

Abstract:The reasons of test faults of the hyperthermia reactive furnace applied to measure the coke reactivity for BF iron-making were analyzed.The plans of reforming the shape of the exterior plug tube seat and the structure of alumina brick insulation layer were put forward.The test results showed that,the life of heating wire had been strengthened;the value of test and fault rate had been reduced.
