干熄焦挡板除尘器除尘性能的数值模拟

摘    要:借助CFD商业软件CFX模拟挡板除尘器流场状况,主要分析了前挡板长度和除尘器入口速度两因素对除尘性能的影响。并以一钢铁公司干熄焦挡板除尘器标定数据为参照,验证了数值模拟结果的可靠性,为进一步优化设计挡板除尘器及干熄焦工艺提供有力参考。

Abstract:With the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) commercial software CFX employed to simulate the gas-particle flow field in a baffle dust catcher, it's an effective way to analysis those main factors, such as the variance in the front baffle length and the velocity at inlet in a dust catcher , that influence the collection performance of a baffle dust catcher. Based on the testing data of CDQ (coke dry quenching) supplied by a steel factory , the simulation results by CFD are further testified and more valuable advice is presented to optimise the design of a baffle dust catcher and CDQ technology.
