摘    要:大港油田各注聚合物区采出液含水 >90 % ,游离水含油 >1.0× 10 4mg/L ,含水原油乳化严重 ,难破乳脱水。采用常规破乳剂处理羊三木采出液时 ,原油含水降至 0 .8%~ 1.2 % ,但脱出水含油高达 1.0× 10 4mg/L左右。通过对AE型三嵌段聚醚的改进 ,在末端EO链段上接—OH基团 ,增加EO链段长度 ,增大聚醚分子量 ,得到了适用于羊三木采出液的水溶性破乳剂KYYC 4 ,通过类似改进得到了适用于西二联采出液的水溶性破乳剂KYYC 2。在羊三木中心站用KYYC 4替换原用破乳剂JN 0 1H ,在来液中加入 2 5mg/L ,使沿流程各处污水含油大幅度下降 ,压滤、沉降后外排污水含油由 >4 0 0mg/L降至 <5 0mg/L ,一般为 2 0~ 35mg/L ;经热化学脱水、两次沉降的外输净化原油含水 <2 .0 %。在西二联 ,来液经脱气、沉降 ,分离出的污水经旋流器、过滤器处理后外排 ,含油高达 2 0 0mg/L ;在来液中加入KYYC 2 5 0mg/L后 ,沿流程各处污水含油均显著下降 ,沉降罐出口略高于 2 0 0mg/L ,旋流器出口~ 85mg/L ,过滤后外排水含油 2 0~ 30mg/L。图 2表 3

Abstract:In polymer flooded areas of Dagang oil field the produced liquid mixture contains >90% of water, the oil content of freely separated water is of >10 g/L, and the dehydration of the watery crude oil is difficult. By treating such produced water/oil mixture, for example, from Yangsanmu region with standard crude oil demulsifiers purified crude oil of water content 0.8-1.2% can be obtained but the oil content in the separated water is as high as 10 g/L. By modifying triblock polyether of AE type through introducing hydroxyl group into EO end segment and lengthening EO segements to increase the molar weight of the polyether, a water soluble demulsifier, KYYC 4, for the produced liquid mixture from Yangsanmu is prepared and capable of to deoiling of the separated water as well as dehydration of the crude oil. And in a similar way KYYC 2 for the produced liquid mixture in the 2nd western oil gathering/treating plant is developed. At Yangsanmu central plant KYYC 4 is used to replace demulsifier JN 01H, the chemical of dosage 25 mg/L is introduced into the produced liquid mixture and leads to significant decrease in oil content of the separated water along the treating line and from >400 to <50 mg/L, to 20-35 mg/L in general, for filtrated and sedimentated wastewater; and the crude oil purified by thermochemical dehydration and two stage sedimentation contains <2.0% water. At the 2nd western plant the gathered liguid mixture is degased and sedimentated and the separated water is purified through a cyclone and a filter to give wastewater of high oil content of 200 mg/L; introducing KYYC 2 of dosage 50 mg/L leads to notable decrease in oil content of water along the treating line: slightly higher than 200 mg/L after sidimentation, 20-30 mg/L after cycloning and filtration.
