基于模糊PID的热水解反应控制算法研究

摘    要:为减少超调量,缩短调节时间,提高系统的稳定性,提出一种基于模糊PID的控制算法,采用西门子S7-300可编程控制器PLC对系统温度进行控制.在控制回路上将原有的常规PID控制器加以改进,形成新的模糊-PID控制器,并与可编程控制器的逻辑判断指令相结合,使PID控制更为灵活,较好地满足生产过程的要求.仿真结果表明:该模型能够更好地缩短系统的响应时间且减少超调量,可以满足热水解反应釜生产过程中对温度的实时控制要求.

Abstract:In order to reduce the overshoot, shorten the adjustment time and improve the stability of the system, a fuzzy control algorithm based on PID is proposed and Siemens S7-300 programmable logic controller PLC is used to control the system temperature. The conventional PID controller is improved in the control loop to be the new fuzzy-PID controller and combining it with the programmable controller logic judgment makes the PID control more flexible, which can meet the requirements of the production process better. The simulation results show that the model is better able to shorten the response time of the system and reduce the amount of overshoot, which can meet the requirements of real-time control of the temperature in the production process of the thermal hydrolysis reactor.
