摘    要:针对峡江水电站第9号机组并网发电前,转子绝缘一直偏低的问题,从设计制造、安装工艺、测量方式等方面进行了研究分析,采用外热源烘干加热、投入机组加热器、开机至空转、短路升流干燥转子、改变测量接线方式等办法,彻底排查出转子绝缘不合格的根本原因,并实施措施进行改进。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of low insulation for the rotor of the 9th unit of Xiajiang Hydropowr Station which generates ago and based on the analysis of design and manufacture,installation process and measurement method,the primary cause of the un-qualified insulation for the rotor is thoroughly found out by adopting the external drying and heating,inputing unit heater,unit starting to idle,drying the rotor by short-circuit and increasing the current and changing the connection mode of measurement method. And the improved measure is proposed.
