皮带传动拉力变化的微分方程及应用

摘    要:建立了考虑各种因素的皮带微段综合微分方程,导出了包含惯性力的皮带拉力变化公式,给出了极限有效圆周力、初拉力和理论传递功率算式,研究了各种不同情况下三角带实际传递功率随带速变化的修正式.以标准A型三角带为例,对修正式得出的传递功率计算值与实测值进行了比较,绘出了单根A型和C型标准三角带的传递功率线图,使标准三角带的设计过程均按公式进行成为可能.

Abstract:The belt segment differential equation considering various factors is established.The belt tension change formulas including inertial force are derived.The formulas of limit effective force,initial tension and theory transfer power are given.The correction formulas of actual transfer power variation with the belt speed are researched on in different situations.With standard A type triangle belt as example,the transfer power values obtained with the correction formulas are compared with the measured values.The transfer power line graphs of A type and C type standard triangle belt are drawn.Make the standard triangle belt design process according to the formulas as possible.
