摘    要:为了改善DHEA水溶性差这一缺点,利用β-环糊精(β-CD)对DHEA进行包合,采用饱和溶液法制备DHEA-β-CD包合物.以包合率为指标考察加热温度、加热搅拌时间及摩尔比工艺条件.通过显微镜法、薄层色谱法及红外光谱法验证DHEA-β-环糊精包合物的生成.并对DHEA形成包合物后的溶解性进行考察.通过实验得知,饱和溶液法的最优化工艺条件为:加热温度为50℃,加热搅拌时间为2h,DHEA与β-环糊精的摩尔比为1∶2.形成DHEA-β-环糊精包合物后能够明显提高DHEA的溶解度,是未加入β-环糊精溶液中DHEA浓度的2.01倍.

Abstract:In order to improve the defect of DHEA such as poor water-solubility,the method which used β-cydextrin to include DHEA was used by saturated solution method.The inclusion rate of DHEA was used as a criterion,and the heating time,stirring time,mole ratio of DHEA and β-cyclodextrin were tested in the paper.The inclusion complex was identified by microscope test,TLC and IR.And the solubility of the inclusion complex was tested.The result showed the optimum conditions for preparing inclusion complex were: heating temperature 50 ℃,stirring time 2 hours,mole ratio of DHE and β-cyclodextrin was 1∶2.The solubility of the inclusion complex was 2.01 times to DHEA before included which demonstrated that inclusion complex could improve the solubility of DHEA uncommonly.
