辐照交联对聚丙烯复合材料性能的影响

摘    要:以多官能团单体为敏化剂,制备了交联的聚丙烯/有机蒙脱土复合材料,讨论了辐照处理对复合材料性能的影响,用SEM、TGA和DSC等方法对所制得的复合材料的形态结构进行表征。结果表明:通过辐照处理,可以使聚丙烯基体与有机蒙脱土间的相容性增加,两者间的界面相互作用得到了加强,使材料的弹性模量上升,断裂伸长率明显下降,整体强度有所上升,材料缺口敏感性增加,缺口冲击强度下降。

Abstract:Using polyfunctional monomer as a sensitive addition, a crosslinking PP/OMMT composite was prepared. The influence of radiation on the composite was studied. The microstructure of composite was investigated using SEM, TGA and DSC. The results indicated that the interface properties between PP matrix and fillers had been modified, and the mechanical properties had been improved.
