摘    要:本文采用传输矩阵方法设计并分析一种新颖的级联DFB激光器。这种器件由两个串联光栅构成,并提供两个不同的可选波长。建立每个串联部分的传输矩阵,并推导每个部分的等效端面反射率。然后通过自洽求解增益方程,耦合波方程和电流连续性方程,利用得到的等效端面反射率分别模拟两个DFB部分的性能。模拟结果证明了这种新颖器件的可行性,通过实验获得了能够提供1.51um和1.53um可选波长的InP基多量子阱级联DFB激光器。
