| 摘 要： | 文章以脂肪酸甲酯(生物柴油)为主要原料,甲醇为甲氧基化试剂,在催化剂存在下,进行氯化反应合成了氯代甲氧基脂肪酸甲酯,讨论了反应时间、氯气流速和氯化温度对产品质量的影响。实验表明,在反应时间为7～8 h,氯气流量50～60 mL/min,温度为70～85℃的条件下,得到的氯含量为26.5%左右的色泽和使用性能良好的氯代甲氧基脂肪酸甲酯。

| Abstract: | A new process to chloro-methoxy fat diethylene glycol dinitrate from fatty acid methyl esterchlorine as main starting material was introduced when methanol was methylating reagent and benzoperoxide was catalyst.The effect of reaction time,flow rate of chlorine gas and temperature to the reaction were studied.The experimental results showed that when reaction time was between 7 h and 8 h,flow rate of chlorine gas was 550～650 mL/min and temperature was 70～85 ℃,the quality of product was the best.The chlorine concentration of chloro-methoxy fat diethylene glycol dinitrate was about 26.5 %,its color and luster was very good and its properties was well-behaved |
