摘    要:锁定放大器主要用在强噪声环境下的有用信号提取,而检测元件的非线性不仅会带来测量误差,同时还会使环境噪声进入放大器,带来检测性能的降低,也影响了锁定放大器检测灵敏度的进一步提高。以简单的透光检测试验装置为例,试验验证了这种现象的存在,同时也从理论上分析了产生这种现象的机理,指出了它的伴随特性,且很难通过后续信号处理加以消除。

Abstract:The lock-in amplifier is mainly used in the detection of very weak signals.The non-linearity of sensing part not only generates the error of measurement,but also gives the way to the noise into the amplifier,degrading the characters of the lock in amplifier,detaining the heightening of the amplifier's sensitivity.A simple device of measuring the translucency is used to testify the phenomena's existence,and has been proved theoretically.Its accompanying character is pointed out,and the noise may be diminished very difficultly.
