摘    要:本文对安钢永通公司2#450m3无料钟高炉投产近一年来炉顶设备在生产过程中出现的各类事故进行分析,通过对高炉上料自控系统程序的改进以最大化满足工艺,解决了炉顶堵料、设备损坏等等事故,减少了高炉减风、休风的时间,大大促进了高炉的稳产、顺产、高产。

Abstract:In this paper,the company ANGANG Yongtong 2# 450 m3 blast furnace bell-less top production equipment over the past year in the production process of all types of accident analysis,blast furnace through the automatic control system to improve procedures to maximize technology to meet to resolve the the top blocking materials,equipment damage and so on accidents,a decrease of blast furnace by wind,wind break time,contributed greatly to the stable blast furnace,since the production yield.
