Research on Planning Environmental Influence Assessment in FuZhou

The Environment Influence Assessment Act of China has taken effect since September 1,2003,in which environment influence assessment of planning is integrated in the content of environment influence assessment.To improve the knowledge of the environmental influence assessment in planning,this article introduces the concept and development of planning environmental influence assessment.The importance,methods and assignment of developing planning environment influence assessment in Fuzhou are emphasized based on the general planning.It is not only good for the sustainable development of Fuzhou,but also provide the reference about developing planning environmental influence assessment to other cities.
