Abstract:Energy storage PCS(power conversion system)is the key equipment of energy storage system.Its loss calculation and analysis is of great significance for the reasonable design of main circuit parameters,reducing the system volume and improving the efficiency of the system.Due to the complexity of the loss factors in the actual operation of the circuit,a loss and efficiency calculation and evaluation method suitable for engineering is proposed.Firstly,the data from the device manual is linearly fitted by Mathcad software.Secondly,the copper and iron losses of the inductor wound by a magnetic core are analyzed in detail,and the total losses of each power point of the energy storage PCs working in the inverter state are calculated.Finally,a prototype with rated power of 12kW is built.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by experiments.
