厚板奥氏体不锈钢焊接技术研究现状

摘    要:随着厚板奥氏体不锈钢应用的日益广泛,厚板奥氏体不锈钢焊接技术受到越来越多的关注。结合厚板奥氏体不锈钢的焊接性,对厚板奥氏体不锈钢焊接技术的研究成果及发展现状进行了详细分析,重点介绍了常规电弧焊、埋弧焊、窄间隙焊、电子束焊接和激光焊在焊接厚板奥氏体不锈钢时的研究情况,包括焊接工艺制定、焊材选择、焊接参数选取及焊接质量评价等,并提出了目前厚板奥氏体不锈钢焊接存在的问题及今后的发展方向,对厚板奥氏体不锈钢焊接技术的未来发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the increasing application of thick austenitic stainless steel, more and more attention has been paid to the welding technology of thick austenitic stainless steel. In this paper, the research results and development status of welding technology of thick austenitic stainless steel were analyzed in detail. The research situation of the conventional arc welding, submerged arc welding, narrow gap welding, electron beam welding and laser welding in the welding of thick austenitic stainless steel were introduced emphatically, from the development of welding technology, welding material selection, welding parameters selection and evaluation of welding quality. Furthermore, and the current welding problems and future development direction of welding technology of thick austenitic stainless steel has been put forward, which is of great signification.
