建设节水型衡水之我见

衡水属水资源紧缺及水污染形势严峻的地区,因此,要解决经济发展与水资源的矛盾,保障衡水的可持续发展,必须走节水之路。文中分析了衡水市的水资源现状,并从发挥政府的主导作用,以体制、机制创新为推动力调整结构、转变增长方式等方面提出了建设节水型衡水,促进水资源的可持续利用,实现衡水经济社会可持续发展的措施。

On the Establishment of Water-saving Hengshui

Hengshui is lack of water resources and confronts with a serious situation of water pollution. In order to solve the contradiction between the economic development and water resources, and ensure the sustainable development, Hengshui must take the road of saving water. Analyzing the present sit uation of water resources in Hengshui, from the aspects of playing the leading role of government, taking system and mechanism innovation as driving force to adjust structure and change growth mode. the paper put forward the measures of constructing water-saving Hengshui, promoting sustainable utilization of water resources and achieving the sustainable development of Hengshui＇s economic society.
