摘    要:基于喷嘴挡板阀原理,提出了一种新型电-气压力伺服阀,阐述了电-气伺服阀工作原理,结合力矩马达静特性和喷嘴挡板间隙χ-背压p<,c>特性的理论分析,对电流χ与背压腔P<,c>的压力特性曲线进行了理论分析和实验研究,理论计算与实验研究结果基本一致.

Abstract:Base on the principle of nozzle flapper valve,a new electro-pneumatic pressure servo-valve is presented,its structure and principle is described According to the theory of aerodynamics and magnetomechanical,the relationship between current and backpressure is deduced,and the theoretical evaluation coincides with the experimental result.
