明清时期宁波盐业考述

摘    要:明清时期,海盐生产方式改煎制为晒制,推动了宁波的盐业发展.除奉化外,宁波其余各县均有盐业生产.及至明代,宁波制盐仍沿用前代的煎制,并无大的变革.清初,宁波的一些盐场制盐开始采用晒制.明朝盐的运销以引盐为主导,实行的是盐引制.清初,宁波沿用票引法,即引盐与票盐兼行.

Abstract:During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, sea salt productive mode changed to solarization from boiling to promote the development of Ningbo's salt production. Exception of Fenghua, other counties of Ningbo had salt production. To the Ming dynasty, Ningbo's salt production was still using boiling method as previous dynasties, not a big change.In the early Qing Dynasty, Some of Ningbo's saltworks began to adopt salarization. In the Ming dynasty, salt marketing took "Yin Yah" as the main, to carry out "Yan Yin" system. In the early Qing dynasty, Ningbo continue using "Piao Yin" law, that was, concurrently carry out"Yin Yan" and "Piao Yan".
