| Abstract: | Production technology,formed yarn quality and technical measures in the processes in producing 9.8tex pure Vinylon carded yarn are introduced in this paper.The quality of 9.8tex pure Vinylon carded yarn is to be guaranteed from its processing arrangement,temperature and humidity control and technique measures adopting of semi-finished goods quality controlling.Influences of processing arrangement in each process on semi-finished goods quality and formed yarn quality are analyzed in detail. |
