摘 要: | 针对特种破袭战斗装备的作战效能评估体系中底层指标类型多样、信息概率不确定和要求专家参与的情
况,为提高评估的效率和准确性,在构建特种破袭战斗装备作战效能指标体系的基础上,采用基于置信规则库的证
据推理方法对装备作战效能进行评估。参考演习数据,通过参数学习的方法对初始规则库进行训练优化。结果表明:
该方法能解决上述问题,使评估过程更加高效,结果更加准确。

Effectiveness Evaluation Method of Equipment forSpecial Sabotage Operations Based on RIMER |

Abstract: | The effectiveness index system of the equipment for special sabotage operations has the characteristics of
various types of middle-level and low-level indexes, uncertain information probability and requirement of expert
involvement. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the evaluation, based on establishment of sabotage
operations equipment effectiveness index system, use evidence reasoning method of belief rule base to evaluate the
equipment operation effectiveness. Compare with the exercise data, and carry out training optimization on initial rule base
by parameter learning. The results show that the method can solve the above problems and make the evaluation process
more efficient and the result more accurate. |
