消费型倾斜无人机摄影测量技术在房地一体中的应用

摘    要:针对房地一体项目采用传统方法存在作业效率低、人工成本高问题,文中提出采用消费型飞马D200多旋翼无人机搭载D-OP400倾斜测量模块,获取地面分辨率优于0.02 m多视影像数据用于大比例尺地形及地籍测量。通过控制点的布设、航摄设计、影像处理等方面进行探讨,以实现大比例尺地籍测图;最后,采用RTK与全站仪结合采集外业控制点对试验成果的平面及高程精度进行检测,验证多旋翼无人机能够用于1∶500地籍测量及地形测量的可行性。

Abstract:In view of the problems of the low efficiency and the high labor cost in the traditional method of the real estate integration project,in this paper,multi-view image data that the ground resolution was better than 0.02 m was obtained for the large scale topographic and cadastral survey using the consumer Pegasus D200 multi rotor UAV equipped with D-OP400 tilt measurement module.Large scale cadastral mapping was achieved by discussing the layout of control points,the aerial photography design,the image processing and other aspects.Finally,RTK and the total station were used to detect the plane and the elevation accuracy of the experimental results combining with the field control points,and the feasibility that the multi-rotor UAV could be used for 1:500 cadastral survey and topographic survey was verified.
