发射药自动混同设备及工艺技术

摘    要:为解决在发射药加工过程中,发射药产品性能不相同的问题,对发射药自动混同设备及工艺技术进行研 究。分别介绍了圆斗式、回转型、重力式、第三联动等混同设备的组成和工作原理,对其实用范围和优缺点进行分 析,并对不足之处提出了改进和优化思路,对发射药的自动化混同进行论述。该研究可为发射药混同生产提供理论 参考,便于更好地控制混同过程,提升产品的一致性。

Automatic Mixing Equipment and Technology of Propellant
Abstract:To solve the problem of different properties of propellant product in the process of propellant, the automatic mixing equipment and technology of propellant are studied. The composition and working principle of mixed equipment such as circular bucket type, rotary type, gravity type and the third linkage type are introduced respectively, the paper analyzes the actual application scope, advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the improvement ideas for the shortcomings, the automatic mixing of propellants is discussed. This study can provide a theoretical reference for the production of propellant mixture, so as to better control the mixing process and improve the consistency of products.
