| 摘 要： | 以邻甲酚、醋酸酐、4，4-二甲基异嗯唑-3-酮、4，6-二甲氧基-2-甲磺酰基嘧啶为原料，经乙酰化、溴化、Ⅳ_烷基化、醚化4步反应合成了标题化合物2-（2-（4，6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-氧）苯基）-4，4-二甲基异嚷唑-3-酮，收率42．4％，化合物结构采用^1H NMR、IR、元素分析表征。

| Abstract: | The title compound 2-(2-(4,6-dimethyloxypyrimidine-2-oxy))-4,4-dimethylisoxazol-3-one was synthesized in an overall yield of 42.4% in four reaction steps including acylation,bromination,N-methylation,and aetheration using o-methylphenol,acetic anhydride,4,4-dimethylisoxazol-3-one and 4,6-dimethyloxy-2-(methylsulfonyl)pyrimidine as the starting materials.The structure of the product was identified by using 1H NMR,IR and element analysis. |
