| 摘 要： | 分析了电器插座件的工艺特点 ,确定了模具总体结构和排样方案 ,并对卸料板的设计制造及自动送料机构作了详细介绍。实践证明 ,该模具结构可靠 ,能保证产品质量 ,对此类零件的级进模设计有借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The technological characteristics of the electric socket part is analyzed.The general structure and layout design of the die for forming the part has been determined.The design and manufacture of the stripping plate and the automatic feeding system are introduced in detail.Practices showed that the die structure is reliable and can ensure the product quality.It has refˉerence value to the design of the progressive dies for similar parts. |
