高强度耐大气腐蚀钢在铁道车辆上的应用与技术发展

回顾了我国铁路车辆用耐大气腐蚀钢研制、生产、应用及技术标准的发展历程,简述了目前我国铁路货车技术的发展及其与国外的差距,随着近几年国民经济发展及其对铁路运输的需求,中国铁路货车提速、重载已成必然发展趋势,铁道车辆对车体减重及增加强度储备的要求已迫在眉睫,高强度耐大气腐蚀钢在铁路货车的全面应用将提升中国铁路货车的技术装备水平.针对目前高强度耐大气腐蚀钢的应用,同时应关注焊接材料及工艺、耐腐蚀性能及新型材料的研究.

Application of High Strength Atmospheric Corrosion Resisting Steel on Railway Rolling Stock and Its Technique Development

This paper gives a brief overview of the research, production, utilization and standardization of atmospheric corrosion resisting steel using on railway rolling stock in China. It also describes the development of railway vehicle technology in our country and the distance form other countries. With the development of the national economy and the need of using railway transportation increasing, the speed-up and over loading of railway vehicles are the trends of the railway development in China. Railway venicles have the urgent need to reduce the venicle weight and increase the strength storage. Fully using high strength atmospheric corrosion resisting steel in railway vehicles will promote the technical equipment level of railway vehicles in China. As applying high strength atmospheric corrosion resisting steel, it should pay attention to the research of welding of welding materials and techniques, corrosion resistance and new-style materials.
