Abstract:Special grains are good whole grain food materials with many protective compounds and physiological functions.Recent years,processed more and more fine grains are becoming a two-side sword to people's health.Special grains would get the new development opportunities,if we could move the little special grain to a big whole grain concept.The status,obstacles and opportunities of the whole grain development are discussed to promote the development of Chinese special grain and whole grain food.
