摘    要:用不锈钢药芯焊丝及不锈钢实芯焊丝,分别在100%Ar及不同比例的Ar CO2下,对熔敷金属中的含碳量进行了研究,根据热力学标准生成自由焓和等温方程,从实芯焊丝和药芯焊丝焊接冶金反应的差异,分析了不锈钢药芯和实芯焊丝熔敷金属不同的增强机制,搞清了不锈钢药芯焊丝不增碳的机理,从而达到控制碳的目的。

Abstract:Under the protection of 100%Ar and different proportion CO 2 shielded gas, the carbon content of the deposited metal is studied through using flux cored and solid wire for stainless steel in the paper. According to standard generation enthalpy and isothermal equation of thermodynamics, the mechanism of carbon increasing for solid and flux cored wire is discussed from the differences of welding metallurgic reaction between solid wire and flux cored wire. It is found that the mechanism that the carbon content of deposited metal of the flux cored wire for stainless steel can not be raised basically. The purpose of control carbon can be come true.
