| 摘 要： | 利用FLUENT6.1流体动力学计算软件对外滤式袋式除尘器滤袋内的流场进行了数值模拟,分析了滤袋出口压力、过滤风速、滤袋尺寸以及入口气流均匀性对滤袋内流场的影响,总结了使滤袋内流场均匀的合适滤袋尺寸和运行条件,为袋式除尘器的改进和设计提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | With the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT6.1,the variation of the flow field in sack dust remover is simulated.The influence of the uniform of the inlet gas flow,the filter pressure,velocity,and bag dimension on the fluid field in sackdust remover is analyzed.The appropriate bag dimension and operating condition is concluded.This offers a reference to the design and improving of sack dust remover. |
