| 摘 要： | 飞剪剪切在热轧带肋钢筋生产中起着重要作用，T400是构成飞剪的重要组成部分。西门子软件CFC对T400进行用户自定义编程，使飞剪实现在带肋钢筋生产中切头、切尾、碎断以及控制倍尺长度等功能。为带肋钢筋生产提供了精确、可靠、安全的生产条件。

| Abstract: | T400 is an important part of the flying shear used in the production of the hot-rolled ribbed bar. By using the user-defined programming with the software CFC of SIEMENS, it can implement the technological process of the hot-rolled ribbed bar, such as croping-head, croping-tail, cuting off and length controlling. |
