基于模糊层次分析法的黑启动方案评估及灵敏度分析

摘    要:电力系统黑启动方案评估及其灵敏度分析对辅助调度人员制订黑启动方案、实现系统快速恢复意义重大.文中提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法的黑启动方案评估及灵敏度分析方法,通过建立黑启动方案评估的层次结构模型,构建梯形模糊数互补判断矩阵确定各层间的权重,计算各方案的综合评价值及排序.在此基础上,对影响方案排序的权重及指标值进行灵敏度计算,得到导致排序结果变化的灵敏度权重及指标临界值.某电网的应用实例证明了该方法可为调度运行人员进行黑启动恢复提供更加科学的决策参考.
