摘    要:3平面模修正实例3.1实心型材立筋尺寸小(充不满)如图3所示,带筋型材的立筋1尺寸短,出现凹坑,可能是在“立筋”区域模孔工作带过长,金属流动阻力过大,流速较慢造成的。

Abstract:This article discusses the principle, rules and common-used tools for die repairing after brief introducing of aluminum alloy extrusion die on its design, manufacture, inspection, assembly, extrusion, nitridation as well as main attentions during application. Proceeding from realities and combining with technical difficulties appeared on production site, it analyzes problem reasons, finds the solutions and has highly practical utility.
