国家频谱管理系统的分析与设计

摘    要:频谱是至关重要的国有资源,国家频谱管理的主要任务是制定国家无线电频率划分策略、科学地进行频率规划、组织制定无线电通信系统及设备参数标准、频率台站管理、无线电监测等,目标是使频谱资源得到最高效的利用而使干扰最小。结合我国的实际情况,对频谱管理系统进行功能加强,设计了适合我国的频谱管理系统。

Abstract:Spectrum is the very important national resource. The task of spectrum management is to constitute the policy of radio spectrum compartmentalization, to plan spectrum scientifically, to constitute the standard of radio communication systems and equipments parameter and to perform frequency radio station management and radio monitoring, etc. The objective of spectrum management is to obtain the most effective utilization for the spectrum resource to make the disturbance minimum. Based on the practical considerations of our country, we strengthen the function of spectrum management system. And we design a new spectrum management system that suits our country.
