工程量清单投标报价方法及策略研究

为实现工程招投标与国际接轨,我国近年来实施了工程量清单计价办法,工程量清单计价方法与以往综合单价法有较大区别,要求投标人根据招标文件要求及工程量进行报价,同时要掌握投标时的一般投标策略（生存型策略、竞争型策略、盈利型策略）及不平衡投标策略的应用.

Tender Quotation and Strategy on BOQ Valuation Model

To bring the project tender bidding and tender offer more in line with international practice,the BOQ（bill of quantities）valuation model has been in recent years carried out in China.The BOQ valuation model,which is rather different from the formerly composite unit price model,demands that the tenderer offer quotation in accordance with the requirements of bidding documents and the quantity,and control in bidding at the same time the application of common tender strategies,such as the survival strategy,the competitive strategy and the profit-making strategy,and the unbalanced tender strategy.
