大型锻件CAPP系统开发及应用研究

摘    要:本文针对大锻件工艺设计的复杂性、特殊性以及传统手工设计方法的缺点,对大型锻件CAPP系统的关键技术进行了研究与分析,设计了锻造CAPP系统结构和模块功能,并分析了计算机辅助工艺设计系统在锻造工艺中的应用。研究表明,CAPP系统对大型锻件的加工制造起着重要的指导作用。

Abstract:According to the complexity and particularity of large forging process design, as well as the shortcoming of traditional manual method for process design, the key technologies of CAPP system are discussed, and the structure and function modules of forging CAPP are designed in this paper. Also the application of forging CAPP is analyzed. Research shows that CAPP system has played an important guiding role for the large forging manufacturing.
