| 摘 要： | 传统的产品建模技术存在信息表达不完整,以及在产品配置过程中缺乏柔性等问题.为此提出了包含功能、原理、结构及知识的模板化产品信息模型.在模型的创建过程中,从相似的功能单元中抽象出共同特征,组成参数化的产品模板;以多层次结构的形式来表达产品族各部分的功能结构信息,用面向对象技术进行模板知识的描述.将模板化产品建模方法应用于小型农业作业机数字化产品设计中,减少了产品族中部分零部件的建模数量,提高了产品设计的灵活性.
