电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法测定锆石精矿及氧化锆中的铪

摘    要:研究了用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定锆石精矿和氧化锆中铪,制定了准确和简便的分析方法.铪的测定下限为0.01%.当锆石中氧化铪的含量为1.90%时,测量相对标准价差为1.5%,加料回收率为95%~102%;氧化锆中氧化铪为0.034%时,相对标准偏差为4.0%,加料回收率为97%~102%.

Abstract:A simple and accurate methed for the determination of hafnium in Zircon concentrate and zircite has been developed. The lower determination limit for hafnium is 0. 01 %. The relative standard deviation is 1. 5%, and the additive recovery lies between 95% -102% at the hafnium dioxide content 1.90% in zirconite;while at the hafnium dioxide content 0. 034% in zircite, they are 4.0% and 0. 97%-102% respectively.
