井壁混凝土渗水腐蚀破坏可能性分析

摘    要:结合黄淮地区井筒破裂实例,以井壁渗水及一些腐蚀现象为依据,对井壁混凝土腐蚀的内、外部环境条件进行分析,认为渗水过程中对井壁混凝土的腐蚀主要表现为化学腐蚀、应力腐蚀和机械渗流潜蚀.三者均对混凝土强度起削弱作用.化学腐蚀主要发生在建井至矿井开采初期,后两者主要发生在矿井开采一段时间之后;腐蚀受混凝土初始裂隙发育控制具有不均匀或局部性,这种不均匀腐蚀对井筒破裂是非常重要的.

Abstract:The internal and external environmental conditions for concrete shaftwall corrosion were studied based on the fractures found in some shafts in Huang Huai area due to water infiltration.Corrosion of concrete shaftwall falls into three categories:chemical corrosion,stress corrosion and mechanical infiltration corrosion.All these factors will weaken the strength of concrete.Chemical corrosion mainly happens in the mine constructional period to the initial mining period.The latter two mainly occur after a period of mining.Corrosion is controlled by development of initial cracks produced in the concrete.It is inhomogeneous or local corrosion,which is very important to fracture of shaftwall.
