液压集成块CAPP系统的开发

摘    要:基于面向制造的特征映射模型,提出了一种适用于液压集成块的工艺规划方法,其特点是以创成式为主,以检索式和派生式为辅,以人机交互为补充。集成块大部分孔系的工艺采用创成式生成;检索式和派生式分别完成典型安装孔和集成块表面的工艺设计;工艺的编辑和修改采用人机交互地方式进行。利用V isual Basic6.0及SolidW orks提供的二次开发工具,开发了集成块CAPP原型软件系统,并以实例验证了其可行性。

Abstract:A process planning method for hydraulic manifold blocks(HMB) is proposed,based on manufacturing-oriented feature mapping model.Its characteristic is that generative approach is main,retrieval approach and variant approach are subsidiary,and interactive approach is complementary.The process of most of the holes of HMB is generated by generative approach,cavities by retrieval approach and the faces of HMB by variant approach,respectively.The prototype software is developed with Visual Basic6.0 and SolidWorks and its feasibility is illustrated.
