四辊可逆式轧机采用偏心轧制的实践

摘    要:分析了马钢中板厂四辊可逆式中板轧机辊系的受力情况 ,并结合生产实际计算出偏移量 ,此外进行了在有偏移量及无偏移量情况下力能参数的对比分析。结果表明 :当偏心距e=10mm时 ,轧辊轴承座受到的水平分力与其偏移方向始终保持相同 ,水平分力增大且方向固定不变 ,使辊系处于稳定状态。

Abstract:The force condition of the roll system of the 4-high reversing mill of plate Mill of Ma'anshan Iron and steel Co.Ltd.is analyzed and the eccentric value of the work-roll is calculated. Moreover the analysis of the force-energy parameters under different conditions that eccentric value exists is conducted and that eccentric value is zero. The result shows that under the condition of the eccentric value e=10 mm, the horizontal component of force on the roll bearing keeps the same direction with its deviation. The increment of the horizontal component of the force together with no change in direction makes the roll system steady.
