| 摘 要： | 利用高效液相色谱建立了田基黄的色谱指纹图谱。根据色谱指纹图谱各个谱峰的相对保留时间值a和相对面积Sr时色谱指纹图谱进行分析对比研究，建立一个快速、简易鉴别田基黄样品的色谱指纹图谱分析方法．该法为中药样品的鉴定提供较全面的信息。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a method to distinguish Hypericum japonicum Thumb. It established a chromatographic fingerprint method for fast and simple identification of Hypericum japonicum Thumb based on the relative retention time and relative peak area, This method provides useful information for identification of traditional Chinese medicines, and is a development for the ication of HPLC in sample analysis and identification of complex components. |
