乳液共聚合数学模型的发展(Ⅰ)

摘    要:首先分析了乳液共聚合过程中出现的各种物理和化学变化,然后从以下几个方面回顾了各种不同的乳液共聚合数学模型:乳胶粒形成,乳胶粒中自由基浓度,分子量分布和长链分支,单体在各相间的分配,速率常数的计算及竞聚率等。

Abstract:The physical and chemical changes in the emulsion copolymerizaton process were first analyzed m this paper,After this, a review on the development of mathematical model of emulsion copolymerization was performed with 52 referents. It included: particle nucleation, free radical concentration in the particle, molecular weight distribution and long chain branching monomer partitin between different phases,calculation of some kinetic constants,reactivity ratios,etc.
