基于听觉特征和频谱特征的油烟机异音故障诊断

摘    要:提出了一种主观听觉判断和客观频谱分析相结合的风机异音故障诊断方法。对油烟机风机辐射噪声进行频域特征分析、结合人工听觉判断油烟机异音故障。分析表明:风机所产生的异音故障在频谱中表现为幅值和能量都比较集中的线谱频率,其听觉特征明显,并与频谱特征有严格的对应关系;实验证明,频谱特征和听觉特征可以作为有效的油烟机异音故障判别特征之一。采用该方法对实际测量数据进行异音故障诊断,诊断结果与听音员判断结论一致。

Abstract:A fan abnormal sound fault diagnosis method based on subjective auditory feature and objective frequency spectrum analysis is presented.Frequency spectrum analysis of sound radiation from a range hood fan is combined with auditory feature for abnormal sound fault diagnosis of a range hood.Frequency spectrum analysis shows that the amplitude and power is notable in some discrete spectrums.The auditory features of the abnormal sound is obvious and discriminative in those discrete spectrums.Experiments have been carried out and the results show that those discrete spectrums and auditory features are both effective for abnormal sound diagnosis of a range hood.Tests of fault diagnosis are performed and the results are in good agreement with the professional listeners.
